• Identity & Contact Details: Full name, preferred language, email address, phone number, and preferred messaging channel (LINE, WhatsApp, or email).
• Consultation & Clinical Information: Treatment goals, dermatological concerns, preferred visit dates, and optional photographs or medical records voluntarily uploaded by the patient for preliminary evaluation.
• Technical & Website Usage Data: Basic browser, device, and locale preferences used to ensure secure website delivery.

2. Purpose of Collection & Use for Medical Consultation

Your personal information is processed exclusively for the following healthcare and patient coordination purposes:

1. 1:1 Physician Assessment: Reviewing your aesthetic and dermatological goals with our attending physicians prior to your visit.
2. International Concierge Coordination: Scheduling private consultations, providing multilingual interpretation support (English, Traditional Chinese, Mongolian, and Russian), and sending pre-visit and post-procedure care instructions.
3. Patient Safety & Continuity of Care: Maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with the Medical Service Act and Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

3. Data Retention & Medical Record Security

• Strict Confidentiality: All inquiry data and clinical photographs are transmitted over encrypted channels and accessed solely by authorized medical personnel at Jenny Clinic and designated CloudHospital International Concierge coordinators.
• Retention Period: Pre-consultation inquiry records are retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill your consultation request or as mandated by Korean medical record retention laws, after which they are securely and permanently destroyed.
• No Unauthorized Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, or disclose your personal or medical data to unauthorized third parties for marketing purposes.
